Meet Alex Napier

Originally from Florida, Alex Napier moved to Virginia Beach when he was 23. Napier has worked within the Web Hosting industry for over ten years. In that decade, he accomplished a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, purchased his first home, and married his best friend.

Napier has his father to thank for encouraging his interest in technology, helping him construct his first computer when he was 13.

Napier has worked at Liquid Web since July 2022. He’s the Affiliate Program Manager for Liquid Web.

Why did you join Liquid Web?

The corporate culture is what drew me to Liquid Web. As well as, the quantity of positive reinforcement and support sets Liquid Web apart.

What draws you to the hosting industry as a profession?

Its versatility is what draws me in. Technology is consistently changing, and Web Hosting is the unsung hero in the sector. I all the time are inclined to root for the underdog.

Is there something specific about Liquid Web you simply love?

The culture.

What’s your favorite part concerning the company culture at Liquid Web?

I respect an organization that advocates for exploring and innovating latest ideas.

In your eyes, what’s the difference between Liquid Web and other employers?

The hierarchical structure and management style actively promote trust and freedom. An organization that supports each team and individual efforts can be a giant win for me.

What’s the most important milestone you’ve achieved?

My biggest milestone is securing the #3 placement for Liquid Web on a web site that receives over 100,000 in organic traffic monthly.

Tell us about a tremendous customer experience you’ve gotten had at Liquid Web.

A big a part of my current role is constructing and maintaining relationships. I recently established a partnership with an influencer based out of Australia. After several meetings, the partner commented on how nice it’s been working with us. Liquid Web has been one in every of the best brands to collaborate with.

What’s one thing you would like our customers knew about their hosting?

I wish more of our customers were aware of our partner program+ program. Consolidating these programs into one makes it much easier for our clients.

Work aside, what are a few of your hobbies?

Dungeons and Dragons has been a giant a part of my life since I used to be a child. I recently finished the primary a part of my primer, which was roughly three months of writing and research. I also enjoy painting and airbrushing miniatures. Useless to say, I’m a little bit of a nerd.
